Good Evening, all, I was wondering if anyone can explain what the American Airlines Cadet Program is. I was also wondering about United’s Aviate program. Envoy Careers kind of explained the AA program but not in a lot of detail. Thanks in advance.

Both airlines have webpages dedicated to explaining each program, I would suggest checking those out. In short, they are both pathways to the major airlines for new and aspiring pilots. If those pilots meet certain criteria, they should be able to secure a job at the respective major.
