I am applying for a scholarship that would permit me to take private lessons. Is there anything that I should include on my application that would make me stand out. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I am not familiar with the requirements and goals of the scholarship, so it is hard to say. Best advice I can give is to just be genuine and be yourself.

Thanks Chris, I have used my hobbies and aviation knowledge honestly to my benefit. The Civil Air Patrol didn’t work out for me since my parents thought that it was poorly run. Are there any organizations that I should be part of in the future.

None of is are familiar with the scholarship you’re referring to. I recommend you find people who are and get some ideas from them.
