None of the tracks have an ATPL or Type Rating so when and where do we train and obtain them?
You will be eligible for an ATP license after you reach 1500 hours of flight time and meet certain other criteria. Type ratings are typically provided by the airline that hires you.
As will the ATPL by the Regional that hires you.
By provided, do you mean paid for by, or training provided?
Both. They will train you and you won’t be handed a bill after.
So in summary, the first airline you work for will give a type rating and ATPL free charge after you finish the course?
That is correct.
