Very cool and exciting opportunity for those that have served for our freedom. 
Wasn’t able to find much info on their site, but it might still be updating. I’m assuming it’s for those that already have a PPL at least.

‘Finish’ is what got me thinking so as well. Depending on the details, it might allow for some assistance (under the same conditions of 2 years service with Mesa).
