I want to fly for commercial airline. I went for my first class medical exam last week. however, it’s deferred to FAA because I have Hepatitis.
My questions are:
Would airline see my medical condition if I got my certificate?
Would airline reject me because I have hepatitis?
Would there be a difference between the certificate people got it directly and the one people got it after deferment? Does it say I have Hepatitis on my certificate? or all certificates are the same?

Short answer is no. IF the FAA issues you a First Class medical it will simply be a First Class medical and won’t say anything else.
