I was just conditionally approved for financing through Meritize and while I may still pursue a co-signer to try and lower the interest rate a bit, I was curious if anyone has had an issue of being denied after after the pre-approval?

A pre-approval is a great sign. I haven’t heard of that happening to anyone but if you have any concerns you can reach out to the finance department with ATP or with Meritize.
