I was discharge from the Marines DEP because I changed my mind before signing the active duty contract instead I went to college. Would I still be able to work for an Airline?

From the small amount of research that I did, it sounds like you were never actually in the Marines and were this not discharged at all. I would verify this with the military.
Either way though, I do not see this being a big deal at all for you, as long as your record is good in other areas.
