Technically no but since I don’t believe there’s a flight school in the US that does primary flight training in a jet, you’d probably have to buy your own.
Further even if there was it wouldn’t really be a great idea. Kind of like learning to hit a baseball with Pedro Martinez throwing 100mph fast balls.
