Financing Disbursment Question

When you apply for the full amount for financing for the program, how do they handle the disbursement for housing as well as living expenses? I am looking at changing careers and have financial obligations so I want to make sure I understand how it is all going to work out.

You have the opportunity to include a “living expense” which is a monthly stipend that you would receive each month for living expenses.
