It may seem interesting, but Taiwan doesn’t really have general aviation traffic, let alone restrict aviation to commercial and military. How do pilots fly for the airlines in Taiwan? Would they have to fly at a flight school out of Taiwan? EVA Air have such thing with their flight training academy at Sacramento Mather (MHR).
