I start at ATP august 12th which is next monday. I looked at my schedule today and it said group ground august 5th. This was never on my schedule before, i look 2 days ago. I am also from out of state of the school im attendng? Is this “group ground” mandatory? How do i go about this? I am in shock!
Group ground isn’t mandatory and is sent out to all students.
At this point you should be contacting student support for questions like this.
Group grounds can be scheduled at any time and are not mandatory unless the instructor specifically asks you to be there. At my location, the students whose presence was required were listed in the notes section of the activity.
That group ground is most likely the new student orientation ground, not actually a training session (though it may turn into one) that’s how it was at KLZU
