Has anyone experienced having drill periods for their reserve duty while in ATP? I’m curious about your experience and how you managed that!

ATP will work with you for any short required military drill periods. It’s not ideal to have gaps in your training but they will do their best to accommodate and catch you back up when you return.

I have had students who requested specific time off in advance to attend drills. I never seen this as a problem, as long as you communicate with both your instructor and lead/TSS. We all support and appreciate your active service and thank you for what you do.
