Hello! Do any airlines allow their MALE pilots to wear nail polish ?

Nothing other than clear and most female pilots don’t wear colors either. Let’s be clear about something, regardless of gender, airline pilot is not the type of job to make statements or express one’s individuality. This is why there are strictly enforced uniform policies.

Most female pilots in fact do and can wear whatever they’d like. I often have my nails done. Acrylics, powder, or just plain gel. The FA manuals typically provide more guidance that it must be professional/not chipped, but it varies per company.
Our manual doesn’t specify anything about nails for females OR males. Just that we are professionally groomed. Again, this may vary per company.

At my company the pilot policy manual states men must have neatly trimmed nails and only clear in polish. The standards for women expand slightly on color polish but still must be professional. No flashy colors.

At my airline males are currently prohibited from wearing nail polish.
