I war glasses, or contacts. For me to take part in being a pilot do I need to get my eyes fixed? Or do corrective lenses work for someone like me who does not have 2/20 vision? My life goal is to be a pilot but I was told you need perfect eye sight.

To be a commercial airline pilot you need to have vision that is correctable to 20/20 in each eye with either glasses or contact lenses. I have worn glasses almost my entire career, it has never been an issue.

Have no fear. Whoever told you that is incorrect. To be a commercial pilot your vision only needs to be CORRECTABLE to 20/20. Contacts or glasses are fine.
