Can you fly for free when you’re working at regionals?
You (and your family) will get flight benefits on the Majors your Regional supports. Understand it’s standby and your priority will be lower than the employees of the Major. Also as a pilot you can JumpSeat on all US carriers.

Yes. As with many things it can vary, but most it’s approx 23 for full-time students, 19 if they’re not.
Yes, regional airlines generally travel benefits that are very similar to their mainline counterparts.
At my airline it is 23 or when they leave school, whichever comes first.
