Good morning,
I’m getting ready to start my career of becoming a pilot and obviously my end goal is to reach the airlines. I am aware that In order to be a competitive candidate, I should have a bachelors degree, as many certifications as I can get, and plenty of hours. I currently have 10 years of military experience and over 1000 flight hours of special crew time in navy helicopters. I also have a Bachelors degree in emergency medicine, but since my degree is not an aviation related degree will it still be looked at competitively? Or is my bachelors not that useful for this goal?
Thank you.
Respectfully,
~Christian
