Hi, I would like to know what the flight instructor propheciency training is that is in phoenix and Jacksonville. I would like to know how long it lasts and what it entails and if every one of their flight instructors has to do this.

Every single one of ATP’s instructors goes through their proficiency training course. It is ATP’s way of making sure that all of their instructors meet the same high standards are are ready to pass on their knowledge to students.
