As someone with no credit history is ATP the best option for schooling I live in Los Angeles or should I try to build up my credit I’m o my 22 years old

We feel ATP is the best school for anyone who wants to be an airline pilot (regardless of credit).
If yours is weak you’ll either need to wait or get a co-signer.

With no credit history it is a very high probability that you won’t get approved on your own. Do you have someone that could cosign for you? You didn’t mention either if you have a college degree yet. If not, you could get your degree and save up as much as you can, building credit along the way in the next 4 years and then reapply.

You will need either good credit, or large cash flow to pay for flight training at any school, so the finances do not really decide what is a good school and what is not. I recommend checking out the FAQ section where there is a post titled: “Questions For Any Prospective Flight School”. It will help point you in the right direction.
