Hello, I am wondering what airlines are looking for regarding past work history outside of the aviation field? Are they looking at dates of employment or other factors such as salary, full records of employment, duties during employment, etc?

  1. Title
  2. Job description
  3. Dates of employment
  4. Reason for leaving

I was thinking more along the lines of, “to go explore the world at new heights…” but that works too. :wink:
