Was the 28th the day that Texas had those 70+ MPH winds?

I always enjoy the PHX overnights. Most times I am there, I take my Camelback and hiking boots and hike Camelback Mountain. It takes about two hours and is a fantastic hike. It is getting too hot to hike in the summer, so I have stopped bidding PHX for a few months and will resume in October. I would not want to live in PHX, but I love visiting.

Brady,

Yes. I got stuck ut ion a taxiway in IAH with winds gusting to 65 kts. It was the strongest winds I have ever felt, outside of a hurricane. Needless to say, the flight ended up cancelling.

Looks like it was a red eye SFO to MIA. Was everything else daytime flying?
When your flight gets cancelled does your company ever reassign you to a different trip as long as they get you back to base by the end of your original trip?

Everything besides that flight was daytime or late evening.

Absolutely, you can be reassigned and they will do that when weather hits. In this case, I was at the end of my trip and just went home the next day.
