Aadarsh,

If you’re currently studying at Spartan it sounds like you’re already executing your plan. You obviously have faith enough in Spartan and their program to enroll. Why not ask them?

Adam

I dont think I will continue with spartan after 17 months. I just wanted to finish my training and get all my certificates and do a acutal 4 yr degree. Can I work as a CFI at ATP while doing my degree online?

What about doing Liberty’s online degree and using their flight affiliates?

I cant use their flight affiliates because im currently enrolled in spartan.

I got that, but couldn’t you switch schools? You can start classes there every 8 weeks.

Yea but you get the same certificates thats why im waiting till i finish that 17 months. And go there for a degree

Aadarsh,

ATP gives first crack at instructor positions to their students but you could of course apply. If you do the position is fulltime and chances are it will interfere with your school work. You might be best looking into working part-time at a local flight school.

Adam

Cool. Well best of luck. I’m at Liberty now, but I don’t start flying until January. I wanted to start months ago, but decided to wait until I get through my pregnancy.

I find it interesting that you’ve yet to start flying but every chance you get you’re on here singing their praises. Perhaps you should get some actual flight time with them which would give your posts a little more validity.

Aadarsh,

Wait to get your degree until you’re an FO at a regional. You’ll have more time to focus on your studies and you’ll be able to build flight time faster as a CFI.

Tory

Ohh ok, so do I do my degree when im a FO at regional airlines, or do my degree before getting into a regional airline?

Aadarsh

The regionals don’t require a degree. So, yes. While you’re at a regional, you can earn your degree online.
