You seem to be somewhat confused. By the time you get hired as a Regional pilot you’ll be at least 21yo old and starting your career. Flying for a Regional is a full time job like working for the post office, Google or McDonald’s. It’s not school and it’s not an internship. There is no housing, no one will be feeding you or doing your laundry. Where you live is entirely up to you and is your responsibility. You could get an apt by yourself or with others, live at home with mom and dad, buy a house, live in a car or on a boat, even pitch a tent. As long as you show up in time for work that’s entirely your business and your problem.
This is life as a grown up my friend.

The military has height requirements but civilian flying does not. As long as you can reach the controls you’re good.
