I was wondering if there are any issues in utilizing the remainder of my 529 fund to finance my schooling at ATP?

Great question Sam and to be honest I really don’t know? The IRS defines eligible educational institution as:
An eligible educational institution is generally any college, university, vocational school, or other postsecondary educational institution eligible to participate in a student aid program administered by the U.S. Department of Education.
I’m uncertain if ATP participates or not. Your best bet is to call ATP directly and ask.

Check with the admissions department on the use of the 529 fund, they are the experts on that.

I do not believe you can use the 529 plan. I have one as well but it’s very hard to use. If you find anything out and you can use it. PLEASE let me know!
I would recommend using your 529 money for a college degree, something that you will have to have for the majors anyways.
Agreed. I have my degree… But I have left over money just sitting there. Lol
