Hello everyone, I have a question. I am 19 years old considering going into atp school. I do no have a college degree but I do have my private pilot’s license. Would I have any chance of landing a job with an airline or do they absolutely require a college degree?

Once you have your 1,500 hours of flight time you should not have any trouble getting on at a regional (other variables excluded). However, you will absolutely need a degree for the majors, so you should plan on getting one soon. At your age I recommend college first, then flight school, but that choice is up to you.
