Airline interview between 300 to 500 fly hours

I understand that ATP will set Airline interviews for their CFIs that have completed a minimum of 300 hours. however, i would like to know more about how the interview are set up and when you will know which airlines are interested in you joining them?

Mendgy,

To be honest, I am not familiar with the specifics of how the interviews are set up and run. That being said, I will find out on Monday and share my findings with you.

Chris

ATP works closely with our Airline Partners in the Tuition Reimbursement
program. The airlines frequently arrange meetings at training centers to
meet pilots as well as utilize Pilot Pool.com, a recruiting website, to
connect with pilots. When you are ready to interview with the airline
(between 300 - 500 hours total time) you will have access to the ATP
dedicated recruiters at each airline to arrange an interview that works for
your schedule. If you accept the airline’s conditional offer of employment
you will begin receiving Tuition Reimbursement payments starting at 500
hours total time and continuing through your first year of employment at
the airline.
