I cannot find where to apply to the school, only where to apply for financial aide. Please help.

The steps are outlined on ATP’s website under the Enrollment webpage:
Do note, a FAA First Class Medical is required in order to enroll at ATP Flight School. This may be something you need or want to start working on now. You didn’t provide a rough start date, but if you have medical complications or previous involvement with the law that could prevent a medical certificate from being issued, you will have to on-go further testing or documentation and that can take some time. See below:
