Everyone wants a flow through now. Which is great. Will get more bodies in regionals. Now United should make one too to compete with the 2 other carriers.

This is not a flow through that Delta is offering, it is a program for current employees. United does have fun he Career Path Program, which is similar to a flow through, but without a guarantee. United has chosen to be more selective in who they hire than American has, in my opinion this is a good thing.

Oh ok. The delta program sounded like a flow. Thanks for clarifying
