I’m about to finish my associates and start training. My question is is it possible to go towards a bachelors while flight instructing or is it better to do the bachelors as a regional pilot.

You would need to go for the bachelor’s while flying for the regionals. Flight instructing is simply too time intensive to allow for college. Either your students or your studies would suffer.

Entirely up to you but know if your instruct for ATP it’s full-time plus so you definitely would not be able to. Now if you want to instruct part-time at your local flight school and take 3-5-7yrs to build your time then sure.
