As the parent of a prospective Propel candidate most of my questions have been answered but one. If my Son joins Propel and then at some point decides to withdraw can he? Just how binding is it? I feel that I would be more comfortable giving him the green light if I knew.
You will need to direct that question directly to the people at Propel. If he is training with ATP, he can always withdraw and will be billed for the flight training he actually did, in accordance with ATP’s policies.
