I was just wondering how many hours does a pilot work a year. Is there a max limit on it or can they work like any other job how many hours they want.

Yes there are limits. It’s 100hrs a month and 1,000 a year. Might not sound like much but it’s alot.

The most I have ever flown in a year was 900 hours, it is a lot more than it sounds like.
