Good news for people out west, ATP has a second Denver-area training center opening in September at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (KBJC).
Flying near the Rockies is about as pretty as it gets.

I have been considering attempting becoming a pilot and was quite literally doing the calculations as to how much I would spend on gas driving from Boulder to the Centennial location. Boulder to Westminster would be considerably less expensive and would never deal with traffic. Add one more reason to the Pro’s column! I could ride my bike there for free.
Chris, Are there any mentors in the Denver area that would be interested in meeting for a coffee or something like that? I have no connections to pilots at all and would love to be able to pick someones brain. I find it much easier to do in person than on a forum or over the phone.
