Is it less likely for a pilot who got there bachelors degree online to be hired by a major or regional airline in the U.S? Or is it the same as if i were to study on campus at a university. Im talking about online courses like Embry riddle world wide.

It really depends on what school issues the online degree. If it is from an accredited and respected school like Embry Riddle, I can’t see there being any issues at all. If the degree is from some fly by night, strictly online “university” then it will be viewed as such. Make sure to chose wisely and pick a college with a long, established reputation.
