Pilot Medical Solutions: Color Vision

Hi All,

I am in the process of getting my first class medical and I have not been able to successfully pass the color portion of the exam. I have taken the Ishihara, FALANT, Richmond-HRR, Dvorine. I was VERY close to passing FALANT (only avg. 3). I looked into some solutions and I ran across Pilot Medical Solutions (www.leftseat.com) and was wondering if anyone on here has used their services? I understand that with my struggle now, that I will have to do this every 6 months to keep my 1st class current, so I am also toying with the idea of doing the OCVT/MFT with the FAA.

If anyone has used Pilot Medical Solutions for their color vision any information would be greatly appreciated.

Morgan,

I do not think that any of the mentors on this website have had issues with color vision, so we will not be of any help. Good luck on this, it is a tough one.
