Are pilots paid weekly/biweekly like most professions or monthly?
At every airline I have worked for, pilots are paid twice per month.

Every airline I know pays bi-weekly. One check being your “base” guarantee and the other including the extras (over guarantee, per diem, segment credits, etc, aka da BIG check).

I think you actually mean twice monthly, which is different from bi-weekly. Twice per month results in 24 payments per year, while bi-weekly is 26 payments per year.
