How easy is it to get hired by an airline when you graduate from ATP flight school’s airline career pilot program? I am talking in terms of how hard was it to get the required hours and all the other qualifications and experience needed to become an airline pilot. This is a major investment for me after high school so I would like to know how competitive I would be in the job market.

You may not of heard, but the world is facing the largest pilot shortage in history. Provided you do well in training and have no blemishes on your record, after you build the required 1500hrs you will get hired at a Regional.
That said we strongly recommend college first. The Majors desire a degree and you’ll want a back up plan in case flying doesn’t work out for some reason.
