There really aren’t any. You see unlike many vocations, there’s a physical component to flying and while many have the desire, not everyone has the ability. It’s kind of like asking for a football scholarship having never played the game. Schools and airlines aren’t going to hope you can do it.
The positive note, after you earn your licenses and ratings virtually every Regional will pay you Tuition Reimbursement or offers signing bonuses (well over $100k) which will more than pay for the training but again that’s after you demonstrate your ability.
