Are these medicals ok for atp flight school and the airlines- let’s say it was a first class special issuance ?

I just renewed my special issuance first class medical yesterday. Special issuances are not an issue, limitations on a medical are. Even at that, some limitations are okay, like being required to wear glasses. A limitation of daytime flying only would of course not be okay.
My special issuance is regarding a retinal tear that I had a few years ago. I just have to go to the eye doctor once per year and submit the report to my AME.
