Was wondering If anyone is struggling getting approved for the loan ATP offers. I am also a veteran and could use the GI bill. Does any one have any advice recommendations.

Other than checkride fees, you will not be able to use the GI Bill for ATP.
As for financing, you need to understand these are unsecured loans and as such require exceptional credit. More times than not that means a co-signer but you really should speak with ATPs finance dept.

I recommend reaching out to ATP’s Finance Department for financial advice as they are qualified and trained in this specific topic. I too struggled with my loan, but after hours of negotiating with underwriters and managers of Sallie Mae, I got approved, but with a hefty interest rate.
