What happens after you finish ATP’s program

Hello,

I am looking to join ATP but have a some financial concerns.

Is it guaranteed to get a job as an instructor once you finish the program?

Ayler,

The CFI job is “guaranteed” so long as you don’t bust more than 2 checkrides. The location is not although ATP will try their hardest to get you your preferred location.

As Ton said, provided you do well and don’t fail more than 2 checkrides an instructor position is guaranteed. You will be given a list of available locations and hopefully one will work for you. If not you’re free to seek employment elsewhere.
