Since last month I’ve started my training on PPL. Now I have 15 Hrs. Also I finished my memorial book. Can I have my FAA exam now before I complete my 40 Hrs.? Note, I’m doing it as part 61.

First I have no idea what a memorial book is so please explain? I’m also curious if you’re taking lessons why you wouldn’t ask your instructor but anyway…
I have to assume you’re talking about the FAA Knowledge exam (aka written) which you can take at any time, even with no hours. Obviously there’s no way possible you’d be ready for the practical after 15hrs and if you believe you are then there are bigger issues.
