I am currently studying to be a airline pilot. But I just got a diagnosis from my doctor that I have narcolepsy. Does this automatically disqualify me from being a pilot?

None of us are AMEs and that’s a question only an AME can answer. I suggest you contact one in your area and have a consult.

As Adam said, you need to speak with an AME. I would avoid playing Doctor Google, only an AME can answer your question.

You’re most direct route would be an appointment with an AME. There will probably be a few for the consult but it’s definitely cheaper than applying for the first class medical for nearly $100 or any kind of legal route via AOPA.
