How long do you think that the regionals will continue to hire as they are? Looking to start next the beginning of 2021! Want to make sure I am not getting in at a time when I would be qualified and there be no jobs!

The pilot shortage is forecast to continue for quite a few years. That said nothing is guaranteed. What I can tell you is myself and Chris were both hired long before there was a shortage and even getting an interview was difficult. Good pilots will always find work.

Not much has changed since I was hired 3 years ago. It was forecast that we would be in a shortage for 20 years.

Yes, I suspect that the regionals will continue to hire at the rate they are. Please know though that is based on my personal opinion and is by no means a guarantee.
Even if the shortage cooled, there will always be a need for pilots as older pilots retire everyday.
