I’m not sure if this question can be answered by anyone on this forum, but I am currently on track to achieve my private certificate, but I wasn’t aware of any ATP flight schools near me. I guess my question is-Does the program allow people who have already started their flight training somewhere else?

Absolutely! If you go to the ATP website you see there are basically 4 options, 2 start from 0 flight time and 2 are for people with their PPLs (https://atpflightschool.com/airline-career-pilot-program/). If you have your PPL (and at least 80hrs of flight time) the program is 6mos in duration and will save you $13k.
