Im currently enrolled as a college student. As I was looking at my flight classes all the way till i graduate i will only have 300+ hours of flight hours thats all the way to FI Multi Engine. Whats the best way to build up my hours after that or during school and what kind of job i could get from there? Also where can i get best financial aid grants, scholarship, and loans?

That’s the problem with college aviation programs. They take a long time to complete and afterwards you still need to build time.
While there may be other low time positions available (depending on your location), instructing is the most common route for building time.

Im taking classes for now…. Im way too far from finish line… i’m just bamboozled by the finish line total hours…
