Are men required to shave their faces clean is a a bit of growth allowed?

Men can have a mustache, but no facial hair beyond that. Long hair on men is not acceptable at the airlines.
Basically think of a military officer, that is the appearance that the airlines (and the public) prefer.

Is Hawaiian Air difficult to get in with without a bachelors?

It’s difficult to get to ANY Major without a degree. While Hawaiian does not in fact require one, that’s really more for all the legacies (children of pilots) in particular cases. I actually know a few pilots at a few Majors without degrees but you’d be severely limiting your options.
