Is it possible to just get an MEL add on? What would 15 hours of Multi engine training cost? If this is possible, What is the timeline for getting on the schedule, does scheduling very with locations?
Are the tuition/charges the same at all locations?

Simply put, no. ATP has three program entries: Zero Time, Credit Solo, and Credit Private. ATP no longer has a custom program as this was more during the pandemic.
This is one of the major reasons we say, “do your research before attending a flight school.” Not all flight schools have these add-ons built in, and by the time you realize you need it or want it [then], it’s too late.

Where did you get your primary training done? I’m guessing they don’t offer a multi program? I would check out your local FBO’s to find an MEI that could help you out. Just keep in mind, not all CFIs opt for the MEI rating so you might have to check out multiple schools before finding one with an MEI on staff.
