I just submitted my APP to HAL and wonder if anyone has interviewed with them this year? I heard they dropped the sim and written test? Any suggestions for interview prep strictly for Hawaiian? Any interview scenarios to share?
I live in Hawaii and this is only place I want to go for the remainder of my career. Commuting to the mainland has been rough but worth it. Hawaiian has been the only Major I have ever wanted to be a part of.

Unfortunately I’m not familiar with the current practice but some things never change. Be nice to EVERYONE you encounter and make certain to convey your desire to fly for Hawaiian. Also hopefully you’ve got some internal LOR as they always hold weight.
