Hello guys! In my English class we went over careers for Meyer Briggs personality types. I’m an INTP curious as to what you all are!
ENTJ which is why I have such poor CRM skills.

It’s been years since I took a Myers Briggs, but pretty sure I’m an ISTJ. According to Google, MB says ESTJs make good pilots…I wouldn’t spend too much time dwelling on that. Pilots come in all shapes and sizes, so to speak, each having different strengths and weaknesses.
A pilot’s personality is just that, a personality. A good pilot is one that excels in the 9 Core Competencies:
- Knowledge
- Leadership & Teamwork
- Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Situational Awareness
- Workload Management
- Application of Procedures
- Communication
- Flight Path Management - Automation
- Flight Path Management - Manual Control

ENTJ as well, although I cannot remember one bit what that means. I have never placed much stock in personality tests, leadership styles or any of that stuff. I just like to get the job done, which I suppose is a personality trait unto itself.
