When it comes to asking for loan , is it best to just ask for the 89,095 which is Examiners’ Fees + training materials included. Than once approved request for a Stipend of life expenses ?
Or is it just best to include the life expenses in the loan request from the start ?

You need to ask for the full amount UNLESS you can possibly do without the life expense money. Chances are once approved they won’t grant you the extra money and then what will you do?

If you want the stipend, you need to include the stipend in the amount you’re asking for.

I would request the full amount. But as always, check with the finance department as they are the experts.
