What are some good things to have on a resume to be a corporate or airline pilot?

Most pilot resumes will list your licenses, ratings, flight times, and education. Both corporate and airlines look for well trained pilots who meet or exceed their min requirements. The real attention getters are letters of recommendation by people you’ve flown with or are in the industry.

In addition to what Adam stated, the airlines also are increasingly looking for community involvement. It does not have to be aviation related, but some form of giving back to the community seems to be looked upon pretty well.
